Swansea game is a must win for the Cherries

While AFCB may be looking good value for another home win as they sit higher than Swansea in the league, AFCB fans know how poorly the team has played at times against teams where it has been the favourite. This home match is important not only because Swansea are three points behind, but the games coming up for the Cherries after the international break are going to need very good performances to get some results.
Will it be thumbs up for AFCB come 5pm on Saturday?
Southampton, Liverpool, Chelsea and Spurs are not the kind of teams that make it easy for opponents to pick up points and to have them one after another is going to test AFCB's players and Howe's strategy. Howe will need the international break to figure out some ways to be able to get at these teams and looking at this headache, it is perhaps a good way of focusing the mind on the next game even more so. Swansea City are not losing that many games in 2017, but when they have played away to teams in the bottom six Swansea have not yet won. They still have to go to Sunderland, but the Swans tend to get turned over by clubs around them in the league, which could be their downfall.

A defeat to Bournemouth would undo some of the good progress that Swansea have made in recent months. Both clubs are not out of the woods and while the injuries and suspensions are causing difficulties for both teams, we can see that the Premier League has really begin to test the quality of squads now.

While AFCB have not been blessed with lots of wins in 2017, there is a feeling that the squad is starting to get stronger again. With Ibe, Stanislas, and Wilshere perhaps on the bench and the return of Francis and the blooding of Baily Cargill up at Old Trafford are all good news items and that will generate a good mood at Dean Court as will the knowledge that Fraser has won his Scottish cap and Arter, King and Joe Quigley are also going to be involved in international squads.

These players won't want to go away on a low and AFCB have to grasp the chance to secure their Premier League status by winning against Swansea as the next few games could certainly go against the Cherries.

Possible AFCB team
Boruc (GK), A Smith (RB), Francis (CD), S Cook (CD), Daniels (LB), Fraser (RW), Arter (CD), Surman (CM), Pugh (LW), Afobe (FW), King (FW)
